  • Tech Social Impact Collaboration: We proudly participate in Microsoft’s Tech Social Impact program, assisting non-profit organisations in implementing technologies donated by Microsoft.This initiative supports our mission to empower community-focused organisations through enhanced technological capabilities.
  • Support for Non-Profits: We offer special pricing on various products and services, including computers, solutions, and managed services agreements, to non-profit organisations. This policy is part of our commitment to making technology accessible and affordable for organisations that strive for social good.
  • Local Involvement: Our engagement is focused on local community initiatives that promote technology education and cybersecurity awareness.

Sustainability Goals

In alignment with our Sustainability Mission Statement, Empire Technologies is dedicated to integrating eco-conscious practices into every aspect of our operations. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have outlined clear goals and objectives to reduce our environmental footprint and promote responsible business practices. These goals reflect our core values and drive us towards a safer, more sustainable future for all.

Goal 1 Increase Employee Sustainability Engagement

Objective: Our first goal is to achieve 100% employee participation in sustainability training and initiatives by 2025. We believe engaging our employees is essential to fostering a culture of sustainability within our organisation.

Actions: To achieve this objective, we will implement a series of employee engagement programs, including sustainability workshops, challenges, and incentives. Sustainability will also be integrated into our new employee onboarding sessions to ensure every team member understands and embraces our commitment to environmental stewardship. Additionally, we will establish a dedicated green team tasked with leading and championing sustainability efforts within the company.

Goal 2: Reduce Carbon Footprint

Objective: By 2025, transition to digital contracts to eliminate paper use, mandate minimum two days of remote work weekly to cut commuting emissions, and educate on proper e-waste disposal.

Actions: By 2025, all internal and external contracts will be signed digitally. Employees will work fromhome at least two days per week, reducing carbon emissions from commuting. We will also launcheducational programmes for employees and clients on managing e-waste effectively and ensuring allcompany documentation is handled digitally, including client/employee onboarding and offboardingprocesses.
